Gina Todero

Gina was extremely helpful in the sale of my property. This wasn't an easy sale as there were always repair issues popping up. Gina handled every aspect of contacting repairmen , inspectors and meeting with workers on the jobsite for me since I was not always available.

Working along side me Gina actually did repair work with me. I had some termite damage on the garage that needed some siding replaced, Gina helped me do this work and paint as needed! Also Gina and her husband Chris were of enormous help with plumbing issues.

Gina worked extremely hard to relay information to the buyers agent and to myself.

I would recommend Gina to anyone needing an agent! She has great insight to problems that might occur and isn't afraid to tell her clients about issues that might arise. Gina explained the closing costs and the details in the contract. Sometimes the language can be confusing in a contract, she always knew when to go over a specific area to define the terms of the contract.
